### sec.97 Definitions for div 3 In this division— deferred toll amount means the total of the following amounts— the amount of the toll for which the driver’s liability was not satisfied under section 94 (3A) ; the amount of the image processing fee for the toll. s 97 def deferred toll amount amd 2005 No. 67 s 28 ; 2006 No. 21 s 114 ; 2018 No. 3 s 29 online nomination facility means an electronic system operated by the toll road operator that is designed to— be accessed by— the registered operator of a vehicle who is given a notice under section 99 ; or a person who is given a notice under section 101 ; and allow the registered operator or person to give the toll road operator the information mentioned in section 99 (3) (b) or 101 (3) (b) ; and allow a record of the information given to be downloaded or printed by the registered operator or person. s 97 def online nomination facility ins 2024 No. 2 s 18 s 97 ins 2001 No. 36 s 5 amd 2024 No. 2 s 18 - (a) the amount of the toll for which the driver’s liability was not satisfied under section 94 (3A) ; - (b) the amount of the image processing fee for the toll. - (a) be accessed by— (i) the registered operator of a vehicle who is given a notice under section 99 ; or (ii) a person who is given a notice under section 101 ; and - (i) the registered operator of a vehicle who is given a notice under section 99 ; or - (ii) a person who is given a notice under section 101 ; and - (b) allow the registered operator or person to give the toll road operator the information mentioned in section 99 (3) (b) or 101 (3) (b) ; and - (c) allow a record of the information given to be downloaded or printed by the registered operator or person. - (i) the registered operator of a vehicle who is given a notice under section 99 ; or - (ii) a person who is given a notice under section 101 ; and
