### sec.68 Other persons may, by notice, also become bound by a decision under s 62 (1) If a particular person is not already bound by a decision under section 62 (1) , the chief executive may— give the person a copy of the decision and of section 70 ; and notify the person, in writing, that the person is bound, under this section, by the decision.
