### sec.67A Request for copy of decision made under s 62 (1) A person who has an interest in land may, in writing, ask the chief executive to give the person a copy of a decision in force under section 62 (1) for the land. If a person asks the chief executive, under subsection (1) , for a copy of a decision, the chief executive must give the person the copy. s 67A ins 2016 No. 27 s 563E (sec.67A-ssec.1) A person who has an interest in land may, in writing, ask the chief executive to give the person a copy of a decision in force under section 62 (1) for the land. (sec.67A-ssec.2) If a person asks the chief executive, under subsection (1) , for a copy of a decision, the chief executive must give the person the copy.
