### sec.588 Existing requests for approval for ancillary works and encroachments
This section applies if a request for the chief executive’s approval under former section 50 was made but not decided before the commencement.
This Act as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the request as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
