### sec.557 Particular applications for approval for road access works This section applies to an application for the chief executive’s approval for the construction, maintenance, operation or conduct of road access works on a State-controlled road that is made— after the commencement of this section; and purportedly under section 50 . The application is taken to have been made, and must be dealt with, under section 33 . s 557 ins 2010 No. 19 s 212 (sec.557-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for the chief executive’s approval for the construction, maintenance, operation or conduct of road access works on a State-controlled road that is made— after the commencement of this section; and purportedly under section 50 . (sec.557-ssec.2) The application is taken to have been made, and must be dealt with, under section 33 . - (a) after the commencement of this section; and - (b) purportedly under section 50 .
