### sec.556 Existing applications for approval for road access works This section applies if an application for approval for road access works is made under section 33 or 50 (the relevant section ) before the commencement of this section but is not decided before the commencement. The chief executive must decide, or continue to decide, the application under the relevant section as if this Act had not been amended by the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2) 2010 . s 556 ins 2010 No. 19 s 212 (sec.556-ssec.1) This section applies if an application for approval for road access works is made under section 33 or 50 (the relevant section ) before the commencement of this section but is not decided before the commencement. (sec.556-ssec.2) The chief executive must decide, or continue to decide, the application under the relevant section as if this Act had not been amended by the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2) 2010 .
