### sec.35 Temporary occupation and use of land To carry out road works, accommodation works or land management activities, the chief executive, or someone authorised in writing by the chief executive, ( temporary occupier ) may temporarily occupy and use land, including roads, and do anything on the land that is necessary or convenient to be done. However, without limiting subsection (1) , the subsection does authorise the chief executive to extract and use quarry material reserved to the State and administered under the Forestry Act 1959 from land.
