### sec.337 Applying for authorisation as authorised busway user
A person may apply to the chief executive for authorisation as an authorised busway user for a busway.
The chief executive may, by written notice, require an applicant to give the chief executive stated written information that the chief executive reasonably requires to consider the application.
The chief executive may reject the application if the applicant fails to comply with the requirement within a stated reasonable time, of not less than 28 days, without reasonable excuse.

(sec.337-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive for authorisation as an authorised busway user for a busway.
