### sec.335AF Annual levy
A regulation may impose levies on busway managers for busways relating to their accreditation on a basis prescribed under the regulation.
The chief executive must give each busway manager for a busway written notice of the amount of a levy applying to the manager.
The chief executive may recover the amount of a levy as a debt owed to the chief executive.
