### sec.335AD Additional information for application
The chief executive may, by written notice, require an applicant to give the chief executive the stated written information the chief executive reasonably requires to consider the application.
The chief executive may reject the application if the applicant does not comply with the requirement within a stated reasonable time, not less than 28 days, without reasonable excuse.
