### sec.289E Change of conditions on an approval A port authority may change an approval, if the port authority considers it reasonably necessary to do so having regard to— the efficient operation of the port; or the safety or security of the port, its users or the port authority’s employees. In this section— change , an approval, means revoke, suspend, or impose or change a condition on, the approval. s 289E ins 2005 No. 22 s 14 (sec.289E-ssec.1) A port authority may change an approval, if the port authority considers it reasonably necessary to do so having regard to— the efficient operation of the port; or the safety or security of the port, its users or the port authority’s employees. (sec.289E-ssec.2) In this section— change , an approval, means revoke, suspend, or impose or change a condition on, the approval. - (a) the efficient operation of the port; or - (b) the safety or security of the port, its users or the port authority’s employees.
