### sec.289D Port authority may grant approval, with or without conditions
The port authority may decide to—
grant an application for an approval, with or without conditions; or
refuse the application.
A holder of an approval to operate a tug service may or may not be given an exclusive right to operate the tug service in a port area.
A holder of an approval must not breach a condition of the approval.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —50 penalty units.
