### sec.283ZO Code assessment under Brisbane port LUP This section applies to any part of a development application or change application requiring code assessment under the Brisbane port LUP for port related development. The part must be approved under the Planning Act if the port related development— is consistent with the Brisbane port LUP; and complies with the assessment benchmarks under the Planning Act for the development. Subsection (2) is subject to any requirements for the part required by a referral agency. s 283ZO ins 2010 No. 19 s 113 sub 2016 No. 27 s 580 (sec.283ZO-ssec.1) This section applies to any part of a development application or change application requiring code assessment under the Brisbane port LUP for port related development. (sec.283ZO-ssec.2) The part must be approved under the Planning Act if the port related development— is consistent with the Brisbane port LUP; and complies with the assessment benchmarks under the Planning Act for the development.
