### sec.283ZN Port prohibited development A development application or change application can not be made in relation to development on Brisbane core port land that is port prohibited development. If a development application or change application relates to port prohibited development— the application is taken not to have been made; and the development assessment process under the Planning Act does not apply to the application. s 283ZN ins 2010 No. 19 s 113 sub 2016 No. 27 s 580 (sec.283ZN-ssec.1) A development application or change application can not be made in relation to development on Brisbane core port land that is port prohibited development. (sec.283ZN-ssec.2) If a development application or change application relates to port prohibited development— the application is taken not to have been made; and the development assessment process under the Planning Act does not apply to the application. - (a) the application is taken not to have been made; and - (b) the development assessment process under the Planning Act does not apply to the application.
