### sec.25 Consultation before declaration Before making or revoking a declaration under section 24 , the Minister must be satisfied each local government that would, in the Minister’s opinion, be affected by the proposed declaration or revocation has been— made aware of the proposed declaration or revocation; and given a reasonable opportunity to make submissions to the Minister on the proposed declaration or revocation. s 25 amd 2014 No. 43 s 117 sch 1 sub 2017 No. 25 s 51 - (a) made aware of the proposed declaration or revocation; and - (b) given a reasonable opportunity to make submissions to the Minister on the proposed declaration or revocation.
