### sec.12 Consistency with transport infrastructure strategies Subject to directions of the Minister, roads implementation programs must be consistent with transport infrastructure strategies. If the Minister gives a direction under this section that results in roads implementation programs being inconsistent with transport infrastructure strategies, the Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be tabled in the Legislative Assembly within 5 sitting days after it is given. (sec.12-ssec.1) Subject to directions of the Minister, roads implementation programs must be consistent with transport infrastructure strategies.
