### sec.111 Additional information for application
The chief executive may—
make inquiries to decide the application; and
require the applicant to give the chief executive additional information to decide the application.
The chief executive may reject the application if the applicant fails, without reasonable excuse, to give the additional information within a stated reasonable time of not less than 28 days.

(sec.111-ssec.1) The chief executive may— make inquiries to decide the application; and require the applicant to give the chief executive additional information to decide the application.
