### sec.7 Confidentiality An industrial inspector or officer appointed for the purposes of this Act is not to disclose to any person information that the inspector or officer has acquired in exercise of powers or performance of duties under this Act or by virtue of holding any appointment unless— the disclosure is for the purposes of this Act and in the proper performance of the duties of office; or the disclosure is made with the Minister’s permission first obtained; or the disclosure is in accordance with an order of a court for the purposes of proceedings before that or another court or before a tribunal constituted according to law. - (a) the disclosure is for the purposes of this Act and in the proper performance of the duties of office; or - (b) the disclosure is made with the Minister’s permission first obtained; or - (c) the disclosure is in accordance with an order of a court for the purposes of proceedings before that or another court or before a tribunal constituted according to law.
