### sec.64 Definitions for division
In this division—
amended Act means this Act as amended by the amending Act.
amending Act means the Trading (Allowable Hours) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2022 .
former , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement.
moratorium period means the period starting on the commencement and ending on 31 August 2023.
new , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from the commencement.
