### sec.16A Definitions for division In this division— 2017 trading hours order means the order titled ‘Trading Hours—Non-exempt Shops Trading by Retail—State’ made by the industrial commission under section 21 on 27 November 1992, as it was in effect immediately before the commencement of the Trading (Allowable Hours) Amendment Act 2017 . The 2017 trading hours order was repealed on the commencement of the Trading (Allowable Hours) Amendment Act 2017 —see section 57 .
