### sec.13 Protection from liability
In this section—
official means—
the Minister; or
an industrial inspector.
An official is not civilly liable for an act or omission done honestly and without negligence under this Act.
If subsection (2) prevents civil liability attaching to an official, the liability attaches to the State instead.

(sec.13-ssec.1) In this section— official means— the Minister; or an industrial inspector.
