### sec.99 Application to renew lease The lessee under a home ownership lease may apply in writing to the lessor to renew the lease. The application must— state the name of the lessee; and include information to identify the lease. s 99 amd 1992 No. 36 s 1 sch 2 sub 2011 No. 26 s 165 ; 2014 No. 45 s 41 (sec.99-ssec.1) The lessee under a home ownership lease may apply in writing to the lessor to renew the lease. (sec.99-ssec.2) The application must— state the name of the lessee; and include information to identify the lease. - (a) state the name of the lessee; and - (b) include information to identify the lease.
