### sec.100 Notice of expiry of lease This section applies if the lessee under a home ownership lease has not, under section 99 , applied for renewal of the lease at least 2 years before the term of the lease ends. At least 1 year before the term of the lease ends, the lessor must give the lessee notice stating— the day the term of the lease ends; and that the lessee may apply under this subdivision for renewal of the lease; and how the lessee may apply. s 100 ins 2011 No. 26 s 165 sub 2014 No. 45 s 41 (sec.100-ssec.1) This section applies if the lessee under a home ownership lease has not, under section 99 , applied for renewal of the lease at least 2 years before the term of the lease ends.
