### sec.56 Vesting of land in the State
If the CATSI corporation is no longer qualified to hold the land, the Minister may, by gazette notice, declare that the land vests in the State.
The gazette notice must—
include a description of the land; and
state the reason that the CATSI corporation is no longer qualified to hold the land.

(sec.56-ssec.1) If the CATSI corporation is no longer qualified to hold the land, the Minister may, by gazette notice, declare that the land vests in the State.
(sec.56-ssec.2) The gazette notice must— include a description of the land; and state the reason that the CATSI corporation is no longer qualified to hold the land.
- (a) include a description of the land; and
