### sec.28ZB Probity advisor The trustee must appoint an appropriately qualified and independent person (a probity advisor ) to ensure the probity of the allocation process for the available land. The probity advisor must— monitor the allocation process for the available land; and advise the trustee on matters relating to the probity of the allocation process; and prepare and give to the trustee a report about the probity of the allocation process and, if reasonably satisfied the allocation process was undertaken correctly, certify that fact. s 28ZB ins 2014 No. 45 s 35 (sec.28ZB-ssec.1) The trustee must appoint an appropriately qualified and independent person (a probity advisor ) to ensure the probity of the allocation process for the available land.
