### sec.28ZA Information to be included in allocation notice The allocation notice must include the following information for the available land— the eligibility criteria; the allocation method; the conditions applying to an offer of the available land; the day (the closing day ) applications to participate in the allocation process close; the time and place for making applications; the reserve or purchase price; the deposit, if any, to be paid to participate in the allocation process and the proposed date, time and place for payment of the deposit; the proposed date, time and place where the available land will be allocated; After the appeal period for the available land, the trustee must give notice of the date, time and place where the available land will be allocated. See section 28ZD . the name and contact details of the probity advisor appointed.
