### sec.201 Definitions for div 3 In this division— commencement means the day this division commences. previous , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force immediately before the commencement. The provisions of this Act in force before the commencement have been renumbered. See section 142, as inserted by the Aboriginal Land and Torres Strait Islander Land and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2011 , section 188. s 201 ins 2011 No. 26 s 187 amd 2019 No. 7 s 313 sch 1
