### sec.183 Starting appeal
An appeal is started by filing notice of appeal with the registrar of the Land Court.
The notice of appeal must be filed within 28 days after the person receives the notice of the decision or information notice about the decision.
However, the Land Court may, at any time within the 28 days, extend the period for making the appeal.
