### sec.182 Who may appeal
A person who made representations to the Minister under part 2 , division 4 about a proposed declaration under section 13 (1) (d) may appeal to the Land Court against the decision to make the declaration.
A person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice for a decision under part 2A may appeal to the Land Court against the decision.
A lessee of a home ownership lease the subject of a decision under section 101 to not renew the lease may appeal to the Land Court against the decision.
A person the subject of a decision under section 107 about an amount payable to the person for forfeiture or non-renewal of a home ownership lease may appeal to the Land Court against the decision.
A member of a land trust who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice under part 14 , division 2 about a decision to remove or suspend the member from the land trust may appeal to the Land Court against the decision.
