### sec.163D Action after decision about removal or suspension of member This section applies if a decision about a show cause notice given to a member of a land trust is made under section 163B or 163C . As soon as practicable after the decision is made, the land trust must give the member notice of the following— if, because of the decision, the land trust is, or is required, to take no further action about the show cause notice—notice that no further action will be taken; if the decision is to remove or suspend the member—an information notice for the decision; if the decision is to adjourn the matter of the removal or suspension of the member—notice of the decision to adjourn the matter; if the decision is to refer the matter of the removal or suspension of a member of the land trust to a general meeting of the land trust—notice of the decision to refer the matter and of the day and time of the general meeting of the land trust at which the matter will be considered. s 163D ins 2013 No. 23 s 219 (sec.163D-ssec.1) This section applies if a decision about a show cause notice given to a member of a land trust is made under section 163B or 163C .
