### sec.163C Decisions about removal or suspension of member referred to land trust general meeting This section applies if the executive committee of a land trust refers, to a general meeting of the land trust, the matter of the action to be taken about a show cause notice given to a member of the land trust. The land trust may, by resolution at a general meeting of the land trust, decide the action to be taken about the show cause notice. For subsection (2) , section 163B applies with a reference to the executive committee of the land trust taken to be a reference to the land trust. However, if a motion proposing removal or suspension fails to pass by resolution, the land trust must take no further action about the show cause notice. s 163C ins 2013 No. 23 s 219 (sec.163C-ssec.1) This section applies if the executive committee of a land trust refers, to a general meeting of the land trust, the matter of the action to be taken about a show cause notice given to a member of the land trust.
