### sec.106 Right to remove improvements if lease forfeited or not renewed
If the lessor forfeits or decides not to renew a home ownership lease, the lessor must allow the lessee to remove the lessee’s improvements on the lease land within a reasonable period of at least 28 days decided by the lessor.
If the improvements are not removed within the period, they become the property of the lessor.

(sec.106-ssec.1) If the lessor forfeits or decides not to renew a home ownership lease, the lessor must allow the lessee to remove the lessee’s improvements on the lease land within a reasonable period of at least 28 days decided by the lessor.
(sec.106-ssec.2) If the improvements are not removed within the period, they become the property of the lessor.
