### sec.105 Extension of term of lease if application for renewal
This section applies to a home ownership lease if—
the lessee has applied to renew the lease under section 99 ; and
before the lessor decides the application, the term of the lease would, but for subsection (2) , end.
The term of the lease is taken to continue until notice of the lessor’s decision is given to the lessee under this subdivision.
Subsection (2) applies to the lease despite the provisions of the lease and any other provision of this Act.

(sec.105-ssec.1) This section applies to a home ownership lease if— the lessee has applied to renew the lease under section 99 ; and before the lessor decides the application, the term of the lease would, but for subsection (2) , end.
