### sec.57N Quarterly reports
A dual sector entity must give the Minister a report on the entity’s operations for each quarter.
A quarterly report must be given to the Minister—
within 6 weeks after the end of the quarter; or
if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the entity and the Minister—within the agreed period.
A quarterly report must contain the information required to be given in the report under the entity’s operational plan as provided for in division 3 .
In this section—
quarter means each of the following periods in any year—
1 January to 31 March;
1 April to 30 June;
1 July to 30 September;
1 October to 31 December.
