### sec.57M Application of division This division applies to a dual sector entity in the performance of all its operations. However, if a regulation under this section prescribes a day for the entity, this division applies to the entity on and from the prescribed day only to the extent of the performance of its VET operations. s 57M ins 2014 No. 24 s 6 (sec.57M-ssec.1) This division applies to a dual sector entity in the performance of all its operations.
