### sec.73 Claims by persons as to registration
A person who is not a registrant must not claim to hold, or hold himself or herself out as holding, a registration or registration endorsement.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
A registrant must not falsely claim to hold—
a registration or registration endorsement; or
if disciplinary conditions have been imposed on the registrant’s registration, a registration without the conditions.

A person does not contravene subsection (1) or (2) merely because the person carries out a survey.
