### sec.72 Notice of change in circumstances
Within 20 business days after a change in a registrant’s circumstances prescribed under a regulation, the registrant must give the board written particulars of the change.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
In this section—
change , in a registrant’s circumstances—
means a change affecting the registrant’s registration or details contained in the relevant register; but
does not include a change in the business name under which the registrant carries on a business providing surveying services.
