### sec.59 When application to restore registration or registration endorsement may be made
If a person’s registration or registration endorsement has expired, the person may, within 3 months after the expiry, apply to the board for restoration of the registration or registration endorsement.
Despite subsection (1) , the board may accept an application for restoration of a registration or registration endorsement made more than 3 months after the expiry if the board is satisfied it would be reasonable in all the circumstances to accept the application.
(sec.59-ssec.1) If a person’s registration or registration endorsement has expired, the person may, within 3 months after the expiry, apply to the board for restoration of the registration or registration endorsement.
