### sec.51 Term of registration or registration endorsement

written notice of which is given to the registrant when the certificate is issued.
A registration endorsement can not be given for a term longer than the term of the registration to which it relates.
At the end of the term of the registration, the registration and any current registration endorsement on it expires.
However, if an application for renewal of the registration is made before the term of the registration expires, the registration and any current registration endorsement on it is taken to continue until the application is decided.
