### sec.50 Steps to be taken after application decided
If the board decides to grant the application, it must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, issue a registration certificate to the applicant.
If the board decides to refuse to grant the application, it must as soon as practicable after making the decision—
give the applicant an information notice about the decision; and
refund the registration fee paid by the applicant.
