### sec.44 Application for competency assessment A person may apply to the board, or an accredited entity, for assessment of the person’s competency. The application must be made in the way, and be accompanied by the assessment fee, prescribed under a regulation. The assessment fee may consist of a fee for 1 or more of the following— lodging the application; varying or relodging a professional training agreement; assessing and reporting on training under a professional training agreement; assessing a professional assessment project; assessing competence equivalence. s 44 amd 2004 No. 33 s 27 (sec.44-ssec.1) A person may apply to the board, or an accredited entity, for assessment of the person’s competency.
