### sec.42 Record of accredited entities The board must keep a record stating each of the following— the name of each accredited entity; the contact details for the entity; the type of competency for which the entity is accredited. The board must— keep the record available for inspection, without charge, during normal business hours at the board’s office; and if asked by a person and on payment of any fee decided by the board, give the person a copy of all or part of the record.
