### sec.16 Disqualification from membership A person can not become, or continue as, a member if the person— is an insolvent under administration; or is, or has been, convicted of an indictable offence (including an indictable offence dealt with summarily) or an offence against this Act or the repealed Act and the conviction is not a spent conviction. s 16 amd 2004 No. 33 s 23 ; 2023 No. 23 s 247 sch 1 ss 2 (5) , 38 - (a) is an insolvent under administration; or - (b) is, or has been, convicted of an indictable offence (including an indictable offence dealt with summarily) or an offence against this Act or the repealed Act and the conviction is not a spent conviction.
