### sec.22 Certifying particular survey records
This section applies if a cadastral surveyor gives a survey record for a cadastral survey to—
the chief executive under section 21 (2) (b) or another instrument under the Act ; or
a registering entity under section 21 (2) (b) .
The survey record must be accompanied by a certificate for the survey record in the approved form signed by the cadastral surveyor.
Maximum penalty—6 penalty units.
(sec.22-ssec.1) This section applies if a cadastral surveyor gives a survey record for a cadastral survey to— the chief executive under section 21 (2) (b) or another instrument under the Act ; or a registering entity under section 21 (2) (b) .
(sec.22-ssec.2) The survey record must be accompanied by a certificate for the survey record in the approved form signed by the cadastral surveyor. Maximum penalty—6 penalty units.
- (a) the chief executive under section 21 (2) (b) or another instrument under the Act ; or
- (b) a registering entity under section 21 (2) (b) .
