### sec.8 Consultation for survey standard or survey guideline Before making a survey standard or survey guideline, the chief executive may consult with any or all of the following— the entities, including the surveyors board, considered by the chief executive as representing the interests of surveyors in the State; a local government whose area is affected by the standard or guideline; another entity the chief executive considers appropriate. - (a) the entities, including the surveyors board, considered by the chief executive as representing the interests of surveyors in the State; - (b) a local government whose area is affected by the standard or guideline; - (c) another entity the chief executive considers appropriate.
