### sec.73 Special regulation-making power to support tidal boundary location Regulations made under this Act may include a regulation supporting the application of the provisions of this division relating to tidal boundaries. Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may, by words and diagrams, indicate how the provisions of this division must be applied in varying tidal environments. A regulation under this section is not invalid only because it supplements the provisions of this Act by providing greater certainty than would otherwise be the case in relation to the location at law of tidal boundaries in particular circumstances or types of circumstances. s 73 ins 2010 No. 12 s 215 (sec.73-ssec.1) Regulations made under this Act may include a regulation supporting the application of the provisions of this division relating to tidal boundaries. (sec.73-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may, by words and diagrams, indicate how the provisions of this division must be applied in varying tidal environments.
