### sec.54 Access to information in State datasets A person may— on payment of any fee decided by the chief executive, inspect the information contained in the publicly available part of a State dataset held in the department; and on payment of the fee decided by the chief executive, or under an agreement entered into between the person and the chief executive, obtain a copy of all or part of the information from the chief executive. If a State dataset is kept by an entity under section 53 , a person may— on payment of any fee decided by the entity, inspect the information contained in the publicly available part of the dataset; and on payment of the fee decided by the entity, or under an agreement entered into between the person and the entity, obtain a copy of all or part of the information from the entity. (sec.54-ssec.1) A person may— on payment of any fee decided by the chief executive, inspect the information contained in the publicly available part of a State dataset held in the department; and on payment of the fee decided by the chief executive, or under an agreement entered into between the person and the chief executive, obtain a copy of all or part of the information from the chief executive.
