### sec.47 Effect and use of information in State digital cadastral dataset
The recording, in the State digital cadastral dataset, of information about a parcel of land does not create or affect an interest in the land.
If the information in the dataset is inconsistent with information recorded or noted in the land registry, the information recorded or noted in the land registry prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
Information recorded by a public authority, other than in the land registry, about the coordinates of land boundaries must be consistent with the dataset.

(sec.47-ssec.1) The recording, in the State digital cadastral dataset, of information about a parcel of land does not create or affect an interest in the land.
