### sec.136 Regulation-making power The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may create offences and prescribe penalties of not more than 20 penalty units for offences against the regulation. s 136 (prev s 66) renum 2010 No. 12 s 214 (3) (sec.136-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
