### sec.134 Delegations
The chief executive may delegate his or her functions under this Act to an appropriately qualified officer or employee of the department.
In this section—
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate for the functions.
the employee’s classification level in the department
functions includes powers.
